I’m a Distributor. Where do I start?
Great question! If you’re a Distributor, you’re already registered. Here, we’ll show you how to login for the first time from your desktop, and take a look around.
- YOU ARE PRE-REGISTERED – For distributors, no need to sign up. You already have an account! 🙂 Just sign in with your Youngevity ID.
- HOW TO EDIT – Entering and changing personal info is a snap! Go to, My Account > Edit Profile
- REWARDS – Accumulated cashback shows pending in 4-7 days and becomes available in about 90 days.
How do I use Price Compare from the mobile app to find the best price for the same product?
Need to know how to compare prices of your favorite products? Verify your purchases and your savings, easily and quickly with CartRipple.
- TWO WAYS TO USE – Scan Barcode OR Search Bar and view results.
- VERIFY – View your products and compare prices before you shop. Sometimes when you scan a barcode, the product won’t always be found and that’s often because stores will use their own unique barcodes instead of the original SKU from the manufacturer. If this has happened to you, try using the search function for the product instead.
- SEARCH – The most complete and best way to compare is by entering the name or details in the app’s search bar to find and compare products across multiple retailers. Plus, review your potential cash back by shopping at certain retailers.

How do I refer friends and check my cashback earnings from my desktop computer?
Referring your customers to CartRipple is more simple than you’d think! View lists from potential customers that accept and/or register for the app.
- NAVIGATE YOUR ACCOUNT – Customer Support – FAQ/Help
- REFERRALS – See who accepts your invitations and/or who registers. Those who accept your invitation show as “customers” in your Back Office, as soon as they accept their invitation and register. If they do not accept their invitation & register, they will not show up as customers.
- REWARDS – Purchases by your customers show up after 90 days as QV/BV in your Youngevity back office. This is similar to cashback. Your available cashback will be available after 90 days, but before that it will show as pending.
- SHARING – How to share on Facebook and Google+. Your ID is embedded in the link, so anyone who clicks on your link to register will automatically be linked to your account as a customer.
How can the Shopping Assistant help me save money when I’m shopping from on my desktop?

- SEARCH – Go to Menu Bar > My Account to find details and spot the differences between your pending and total cashback from your online purchases.

- PURCHASES – It takes between 4-5 days for your purchases to appear on CartRipple and about 90 days to expect your payouts in the form of a check/Direct Deposit directly to you.
