Gluten Free Crusted Almond Salmon

Featuring Mediterranean Almond Dukkah

Ingredients:

3-4 Tablespoons Mediterranean Almond Dukkah
1 egg (for egg wash)
2-4 salmon fillets

Directions:

Blend egg in dish to make egg wash – dip or brush egg wash on Salmon. Put Mediterranean Almond Dukkah in zip lock bag and then put salmon into bag; move salmon around to fully coat. Remove Salmon from bag and either pan fry or broil.
