Since May is Mental Health Awareness Month, we’re looking at ways to make positive impacts to our mental health. We’re sharing a really great one that you might not think of immediately—photo albums! With smartphones in everyone’s pockets, capturing memories is just a click away. However, despite the convenience, many people struggle to make sense of their digital clutter, leaving their precious memories buried in their devices—maybe posting some of them on social media. This is where photo albums and gifts come in, providing a tangible way to organize and showcase memories. But there’s so many more benefits of photo albums than simply getting your images organized. Not only do photo albums preserve cherished moments, but they also provide a positive mental impact. Let’s look at 4 key ways:
