Photo Products: Important Announcement Regarding Product Shipping Times!

We received a notification from our key photo gift supplier regarding a holiday shipping impact (see letter below). Please read and then click OK to acknowledge that you have read the information.

We know that this may affect your plans for holiday gifts and apologize for any inconvenience. Unfortunately, this is out of our control, but we believe that this vendor has been diligent in doing all they can during these remarkable circumstances caused by the pandemic. You can certainly continue to create and order products, but any order placed after December 8, 2020, cannot be guaranteed to arrive in time for Christmas.

  • Posters, except 11×14 prints and 18×24 available in Heritage Makers only

  • Ornaments
  • Wood Prints
  • Coasters

If you would rather not receive one of these products that you’ve ordered, please email customer service at [email protected] and include the following information:

  • Account number
  • Order ID
  • Name
  • Items you no longer wish to receive

Your email will be responded to within 48 hours and it takes 3-5 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank account.
