With each passing day, we are reminded of some of the serious side effects associated with medications. Many meds that are sold over the counter are promoted as “safe and effective” but are they? Really? Tonight Dr. Conaway will start a series on the possible side effects and risks associated with several of the most widely prescribed and consumed meds, starting with those recommended for pain. The series will also include a discussion of some of the choices we have when dealing with chronic and acute pain.
