With each passing day, we are reminded of some of the serious side effects associated with medications. Many meds that are sold over the counter are promoted as “safe and effective” but are they? Really? Tonight Dr. Conaway will continue her series on the possible side effects and risks associated with several of the most widely prescribed and consumed meds. Tonight the focus will be on antacid medications, the potential harm they cause, and some alternative choices we have.
