Apple Crumble

Featuring Mango Apricot Strawberry Balsamic, Cinnamon Blend Baking Spice, and Chili Lime Sea Salt Flakes


4-6 apples
1/4 cup coconut sugar (raw sugar can also be used)
1/4 cup water
2 tbsp Mango Apricot Strawberry Balsamic
2 tsp Cinnamon Blend Baking Spice
1 cup GF flour, or almond flour for a lower carb version
3 tbsp coconut sugar
3-4 tbsp shredded coconut
3 tbsp butter
pinch of Chili Lime Sea Salt Flakes
pinch of Cinnamon Blend Baking Spice


Peel and core apples and dice. Place into a saucepan with sugar, water, Mango Apricot Strawberry Balsamic & Cinnamon Blend. Simmer gently until soft. Allow to cool and place into a pie dish or individual ramekins, keeping back excess juice. Place flour into a bowl and rub butter in with your fingers. Add sugar, coconut, Chili Lime Sea Salt Flakes and Cinnamon Blend Baking Spice & mix well together. Sprinkle on top of apples. Bake in oven at 180/350 degrees until  lightly browned on top. Serve hot or cold.
