Chocolate Orange Bliss Balls
Featuring Cranberry Orange Balsamic Vinegar and Chili Lime Sea Salt Flakes.
Ingredients:
1 tbsp chia seeds
2 cups macadamia or almond nuts
1 1/3 cups desiccated coconut
1t bsp xylitol
1 tbsp Cranberry Orange Balsamic Vinegar
2 tbsp Cocao powder
1 tbsp orange zest
30 g/1 oz butter, melted, cooled
Pinch of Chili Lime Sea Salt Flakes
Directions:
Place chia seeds and 2 tbsp water in a bowl. Set aside for 10 mins, stirring occasionally & mixture is gel-like.
Place the nuts, coconut, xylitol, cocao, zest, butter, chia mix, salt & balsamic in a food processor. Blitz until finely chopped and well combined.
Transfer nut mixture into a bowl and roll into balls. Can be refrigerated for up to 1 week, or frozen and eaten at pleasure.
