Put a Spin on Card Making

Happy Valentine’s Day!
Okay—I know, I know. Valentine’s Day was last month and we’ve got “green” on our minds, not “red and pink!”
However, I want to share with you an amazing event idea. While the one I attended was centered around “love day,” it can be adapted to any time of the year.
My pal, Christine, invited a handful of friends to her home for a “card exchange.” I was excited to go because I ALWAYS need cards. I’m a snail mail type gal and love to share love with my friends through the postal service. Christine had collated six kits for each guest and we spent the first 45 minutes creating adorable cards. (She even had a cute sack at each seat to put the finished cards in.) Then, each person brought 10 of the same card to share.
So—I woke up the morning of the event and was like, “Dang—I forgot I had to make 10 cards.” I had very limited time and immediately knew Anthology’s “Spin-It” Card Kit was the solution. (Shannon, the middle gal, is holding one of these cards.)
I seriously cranked all 10 out in less than 30 minutes. These are fool-proof. Simply choose your three stickers (there are lots to choose from), apply to circles, add the larger “spin-it” circle to the front with a brad, then complete the inside with blank white cardstock (it’s provided) which covers up the brad. I put each card in an envelope (also provided) and voila—I was done. Needless to say, they were a big hit!
There is everything in the magnetic box to create 20 cards (that’s only $2.34 per card) for a beautifully custom-designed personalized card.
Everyone loves a deal and this is one can’t be beat!
