Ingredients: 

1 quality cut steak per person
Saveur Southern Style Dry Rub

Directions:  

Rub Southern Style Dry Rub onto steaks. Place in fridge for up to 24 hours. Allow steaks to come down to room temperature before placing onto a hot grill to cook. Cook to desired degree of doneness.

Serve with salad, dressing, and extra corn tortillas.
