(NASDAQ: YGYI), a leading multi-channel lifestyle company, today announced the declaration of its regular monthly dividend of 9.75% Series D Cumulative Redeemable Perpetual Preferred Stock (NASDAQ:YGYIP) at $0.203125 per share for April, May, and June of 2020. The dividend will be payable in cash on May 15, June 15, and July 15, 2020 to holders of record as of April 30, May 31, and June 30, 2020.
