Chicken Sausage Rolls

Featuring Poultry Seasoning Blend, Za’atar Spice, Italian Pinzimonio Olive Oil Mix, Pomegranate Fig Balsamic Vinegar, and Seasoned Salt


500g/1lb Ground Chicken Breast
2 tbsp Poultry Seasoning Blend (can use Za’atar or Italian Pinzimonio Olive Oil Mix)
1 tbsp Pomegranate Fig Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 tsp Seasoned Salt
4 Madjool Dates, seeded, diced
1 egg
1/2 cup finely chopped/grated pecans
1 small white onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 extra egg for brushing pastry
Puff Pastry Sheets


Mix all ingredients well in bowl.

Lay pastry flat and either spoon or pipe sausage mix onto puff pastry. Roll pastry, brushing edges with egg wash to help pastry stick together.

Place on lined baking tray. Cut to size before baking. Brush with egg wash and sprinkle a little more Poultry Seasoning Blend on top.

Bake in oven at 180/350 degrees till browned. Serve hot and enjoy.

NOTE – can be frozen.
