On June 16, 2017, The NASDAQ Stock Market LLC approved Youngevity’s application to have its common stock listed on The NASDAQ Capital Market under the ticker symbol “YGYID.” Trading on The NASDAQ Capital Market is set to begin on Wednesday, June 21, 2017.
