Breakfast

Parfaits make an easy, on-the-go breakfast all year ‘round, but they’re especially delectable when we can use in-season berries and fruits. Our Berry Boost Parfait recipe pairs perfectly with fresh strawberries, which are in season currently, giving you a Vitamin C and antioxidant boost! Greek yogurt gives this pudding an irresistibly creamy texture and will help fuel your body with both protein and probiotics. For a trendy presentation, serve in jars, vintage dessert dishes, or tall sundae/milkshake glasses. Remember to use up those strawberries within the first few days (berries go quickly), or wash and freeze them to save them for another recipe.

For something a little more indulgent, we’re remixing our classic TMR Pancakes recipe to help you make crêpes! This rich, yet delicate traditional French-style pancake dish makes a tasty fruit or protein-stuffed snack or meal, perfect for brunches, buffets, and midnight snacks. YGY style means no empty carbs – just protein, healthy fats, and fruit needed. For TMR Crêpes, simply increase the amount of water or milk from this recipe until your batter is as thin as you like and cook on the skillet until done. For the filling, we recommend pairing your favorite seasonal fruit with a nut butter or some honey.

Lunch

Need something gentle and light that even your pickiest guest will like? Refresh your afternoon with our Sweet Maple Strawberry & Spinach Salad! This recipe blends our YGY Easy Eats Sweet Maple spice mix with delicate, mild seasonal produce like strawberries and spinach, which both deliver Vitamin C and fiber, helping you feel full with less and keeping you away from temptations. Don’t forget the added cheese and nuts for extra protein, healthy fats, and texture! Enjoy it as a starter or light lunch.

When it comes to dishing up the ultimate fiesta spread, our Easy Eats line has everything you need to make killer tacos in a flash. Impress your guests with a full spread of our Easy Eats Guacamole, Cowboy Caviar, and Salsa Beans/Cowboy Chili – add a little cheese, sour cream, and fresh off-the-grill meat or vegan chorizo to your buffet to top it all off with style! To lighten your load the day of the feast, we recommend chopping your ingredients a day or two ahead of time or buying pre-chopped to save you some stress. When it comes to flavor, your local farmer’s market and Mexican meat markets will always have the most satisfying, fresh options!

Dinner

Looking for a way to spice up your fish dinners? Lemon, butter, and teriyaki can get old pretty quickly. If you’re ready to try something new, fresh, and in-season, you’ll love mango salsa topped grilled salmon! You can use an oven, pan, or grill – all you need is your salmon, olive oil (for non-stick), some basic spices, and our juicy Mango Salsa recipe. Mangos are packed with more than 20 different beneficial nutrients; grab them while they’re still a little bit firm for crisp, chunky salsa (with more Vitamin C) or wait until they’re buttery soft for a smooth, sweeter salsa (with more Vitamin A). Pairs well with quinoa, corn tortillas/chips, or mashed potatoes and sauteed/grilled veggies.

Got more cherry tomatoes from your garden than you know what to do with? Pair these tasty morsels with some fresh asparagus and tender pork for a meat-lover-approved, hearty-but-not-heavy dinner. Fibrous asparagus (also in season) supports healthy digestion and cardiovascular function, pork gives you a satisfying, protein-packed bite, and the tomatoes add a flavorful burst of antioxidant-rich freshness – giving all the nutrients, flavors, and textures you need for a winning dinner. Follow our Roast Pork, Asparagus, & Cherry Tomato Bowl recipe to the end for a more casual presentation, or roast the tomatoes and asparagus whole on top of a nice cutlet for a more elevated appearance.

Dessert

No birthday party, Mother’s Day celebration, or Easter brunch is complete without dessert. This decadent, yet light and refreshing Bursting Berry Trifle recipe is the perfect way to add a little something special to your gathering – and it’s super easy to make! Fresh strawberries, creamy lemon curd or vanilla pudding, and spongy cake combine for the ultimate cakey, refreshing sweet treat – without all the extra calories, carbs, fat, and sugar. To take your trifle on spring picnics, layer contents in sealable jars. Feel free to swap out the angel food cake with a gluten-free or sugar-free version!

We saved the best for last – meet our NEW Limited-Edition Cookies N’ Cream Protein Shake! It’s creamy, cookie-filled, and daydream-worthy, making it the ideal cravings buster when you need something sweet. With spring welcoming in the sunshine and warmer weather, now’s the perfect time to indulge in a healthier version of some Cookies N’ Cream Ice Cream! All you need is a little milk, a frozen banana, and our new shake mix for a cool, creamy treat (recipe here). You can also blend this protein mix into yogurt/pudding for a no-bake protein cookies n’ cream cheesecake or enjoy it with your favorite chia seed pudding recipe.
