BREAKFAST

The best thing you can do for yourself and your family, especially through back-to-school season and the time change, is start your day off right with a fiber and protein-rich breakfast. These nutrients will keep you energized and feeling full longer, making it easier to focus on the morning ahead.1,2,3 Our Veggie Egg Cups are packed with both! Plus, veggies like asparagus, tomatoes, and cauliflower additionally bolster our health with key vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants.4,5,6 Bonus: These egg cups only take 30 minutes tops and are easy to make in bulk, an ideal solution for busy parents and grandparents.

LUNCH

For our green thumbs and farmers market regulars, autumn is also the perfect time to incorporate the fruits of your local harvest. Not only is it satisfying to use up all that extra produce before it spoils – it’s also healthier for you. Filling a majority of your plate with fruits, veggies, and grains may seem excessive, but that’s actually the recommended proportion for healthy eating according to the USDA.7

This savory Spaghetti Squash recipe is just as rich and flavorful (if not more so!) as regular spaghetti, but with a fraction of the carbs, calories, and no gluten.8 Next time you’re craving a garden-fresh meal or

some comforting pasta, try this recipe!

DINNER

If you’re a pumpkin spice lover, but you’ve already tried all of the specialty coffees, desserts, and baked goods, we’ve got just the recipe for you! This Curried Pumpkin Soup adds a unique twist to pumpkin soup’s mellow flavor profile, perfect for spicing up your seasonal dinner party menu. Pumpkins are packed with vitamins A and C, which are great for supporting immune, eye, and skin health – all of which could certainly use a boost this time of year.9 For the perfect cozy autumn supper, pair this soup with some homemade muffins or bread.

If you’re all squashed out, you can always try our Cowboy Chili, which uses our zesty new YGY Easy Eats™ Cowboy Salsa Mix. Swap the ground beef with your favorite non-meat alternative and leave out the dairy to make it vegetarian/vegan-friendly!

HALLOWEEN TREATS & Dessert

If you’ve ever been to a Halloween house party, you know how much of a big deal the themed food is. There are so many fun and spooky snack recipes out there, but unfortunately, many of them are packed with sugar, use harmful artificial ingredients/preservatives/food dyes,10 or won’t leave you feeling very sated. We’ve got you covered this year with two delicious, protein-packed egg appetizers: Cajun Eggs (basically spicy deviled eggs) and Egg Salad Stuffed Peppers. You can easily decorate both for a spookier appearance (natural food dyes, additional toppings) and customize the recipe for guests with dietary restrictions (low-cholesterol = egg whites only, swap butter for lactose-free option, etc).

We saved the best for last: dessert! This creamy Chocolate Mint Ice Cream dupe recipe is a win for sweet tooths of all ages. It tastes just like real mint chip ice cream, without the extra sugar, fat, or empty calories. Plus, each scoop offers a protein (24g per packet of the Chocolate Mint Protein Shake) and fiber boost.11 If you’re not a fan of bananas, you can always try Greek yogurt, chia seeds, berries, or more

ice for thickening it up. Throw some candy or a mini gravestone on top for a classic “dirt and worms” effect.
