Although we live in a society driven by instant gratification, we have to remember that change, real change, takes time. Shirley Rodgers – team Keto Queens
Shirley knows that good things take time. She’s lost 72 pounds since starting her weight loss journey back in March of 2015. Ready to up her game, she joined the Better Health Challenge on team Keto Queens with Shelly Davis as her coach last month. Shirley shared that she needs the accountability to keep her motivated and being on a team makes her stronger. She’s gaining her health back, keeping track of her macros, and keeping her mindset on track. Since joining the Keto Queens she’s lost 7.25lbs!
Jessica Brown Morales – team Cast-a-weighs
Jessica has one goal in mind, and that’s to look her best in her wedding dress come June! Plus, having extra energy for her kids, work and school is also a great reason. She’s already experienced a big energy boost since starting the REV 90 program and has lost 11 pounds and 2 inches along the way!
Shannon got started on the REV 90 program last September after being diagnosed with type 2 diabetes. She knew it was time for change. When she began her weight loss journey, she weighed 352 pounds. As of January 17th, she’s down 62 pounds! Not only that, but despite her erosive osteoarthritis in her back, hips, hands and feet, she’s also now walking a mile and a half a day! With her coach Kelsey Britton and the support of the group, Shannon is on the right path to better health!
Many people have been in Shanisha’s shoes. She was tired of not being able to lose weight and hated the person she saw in the mirror. Despite her doctors telling her it would be impossible for her to lose weight without medication to correct her PCOS and endometriosis, she joined the Better Health Challenge wanting to lose weight naturally. She lost 8 pounds within her first week of following the Keto 90 program, can fit into old dresses, and has so much more energy! And what’s motivating Shanisha? Her parrots! She shares that her parrots can live up to 80 years and she is going to make sure she’s around as long as possible.
Lisha has always had a hard time losing weight. With the support of her husband, who is also following the program, she joined the Better Health Challenge! She says everyone at her work has been by her side and asking how she’s doing which has helped keep her motivated. Some big victories for Lisha have been giving up soda and losing 11.2 in her first week!
