After you begin to add more reps, you can start to increase weight. This method is the safest way to begin a strength routine.

3 Rounds

12 Squats
12 Lunges
12 Seated Shoulder Presses
12 Bicep Curls
20 Russian Twists
Rest

As the weeks progress, begin to increase weight. You can use heavier weights for lower body movements such as squats and lunges, and lighter weights for upper body movements like bicep curls.
