Enjoy the Holidays!

For those that celebrate Christmas, it is almost here. And you are likely counting down the days/hours until you can relax and just enjoy the season. Here are some things that may help you get that peaceful, holiday feeling.

Diffuse Essential Oils

Youngevity has an amazing selection of essential oils to help provide calm or help your energy levels and even help keep your household healthy. Or choose a blend that mimics the pine and citrus scents of the season.

Sleep and Nutrition

I’m sure someone recently has told you that you need to get enough sleep and make sure you’re taking your 90 for Life products. But really, can we say it enough? When life gets crazy we tend to cut out things that seem less important in the moment, like sleep and nutrition. Do a quick search of the internet and you’ll find a plethora of studies showing how lack of sleep and poor nutrition affect us. So as much as possible, get your zzz’s, eat right, and keep up on your 90 for Life.

Be in the Moment

This is so much easier said than done. You’re busy making sure your guests are having a good time, that the food and house are perfect, checking things off your to-do list, and so much more. But stop! Take a moment to enjoy a chat with a friend or loved one. Sit and enjoy the holiday decorations. Close your eyes for two minutes and listen – to the music, the conversations, the silence, whatever is happening. The benefit of being in the moment is the memories you’ll have, the smile on your face, the joy in your heart. Don’t let all the things, even if they seem and feel important, take over so that you miss what really matters – being with those we love.

Okay, take a couple of deep breaths. This is a wonderful time of year. We hope you have a meaningful and memorable holiday.

For Santa, instead of cookies this year, might we suggest a Keto Bar? Even the big man in the red suit can use nutrition in his day. And he might leave you an extra gift or two for your thoughtful gift for him.

Merry Christmas!
